In a historic first, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the successful operational use of the Nava Iron Dome at the Red Sea. This achievement marks a significant milestone in aerial defense, showcasing the system’s capabilities in real-world scenarios. The C-Dome, deployed on the Sa’ar 6-class corvette, demonstrated its prowess by identifying and intercepting an aerial target that had crossed into Israeli territory without any casualties or damage.
